Ariel attempts to incentivise men to contributing towards household chores with #ShareTheLoad campaign

Ariel, through its latest #ShareTheLoad campaign video, aims at unequal division of household chores between men & women: What we learn in crisis will help in times of comfort. It is a reminder of how in times of crisis family members come together to share the load of household chores. In this video it has been shown about how little helping hand in family can bring family members even closer and happier. Please check this:

Here are some of the ways I have helped my family during this crucial lockdown time and realized:
  • #ShareTheLaundry:This is the easiest thing one can do to be a helping hand to our mom at home. Now a days almost all homes have washing machine. Washing cloths by adding clothes in Machine, adding some washing powder, water and configure the machine that's all now everything will be done by washing machine itself. I am helping my mom this way to reduce her workload. When I see that smiling on her face when I am doing the Laundry at home it's priceless.
  • #ShareChoresMultiplyLove
Some reports claimed that women to do more work all the day but they get less sleep  compared to mans. So helping mom at home will give her some relaxation time not only that but it will also give her some extra hours for sleeping in morning. At my society water supply is given in early morning 6AM. Mom used to got up early and do the water storage arrangements. But since the lockdown I have taken up that work to let her sleep in continuity and  when she woke up in morning she looks so fresh and she remains energetic through out the day. Her health has even improved in some aspect. Sharing chores will multiply the love and bring family members closer and keep us happy.
This all little things I have learned when I was stayed away from family for almost 2 years. My job location was changed to Pune from Mumbai. At that point of time I have realized how much our parents do most of hour work and they expect a little thing from then but we are proving our-self lazy for  meeting their expectation. When I was in Pune used to wash my clothes by myself, prepared your food by yourself. So from my past experience, in current lockdown I have decided that I will #ShareTheLoad and help in household chores in association with Ariel India and BlogAdda.
